TISSUE REQUESTS

In order to evaluate your request, please email the following information to mbtb@dal.ca

• Complete the Tissue Request Form.

• Read and sign the Human Tissue Handling Risks and Safety Precautions Statement and Maritime Brain Tissue Bank acknowledgement agreement.

 

All requests undergo a review process. Upon approval, the tissue requested will be shipped to your laboratory as soon as conveniently possible. The cost of shipping will be assumed by the recipient.

 

There is a cost recovery fee of $75/hour for the time to sample and package tissue, at present time.
